SHORT-TERM RENTALS

Short-term rentals are not allowed in any structure located within the Alden Meadows Condominium Association (AMCA). A short-term rental is a rental for a period of less than 30 days.

At the AMCA annual meeting held on October 11, 2025, members directed the Board of Directors to not allow any future short-term rentals within our association. While the board believed our current bylaws forbid short-term rentals, they hired an attorney to review them. The resulting opinion, which is attached, confirmed the board's position that short-term rentals are not allowed.
